At Cookie Loaded, we know you’re excited to get your cookies—so we do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible.

How Shipping Works

• Orders are baked fresh and shipped as fast as possible, usually within 1–3 business days.

• Shipping speed depends on the option you select at checkout—Standard or Express.

• If you choose Express, we prioritize your order to get it out the door ASAP.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 2–5 business days after it ships.

• Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 1–2 business days after it ships.

• Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s performance.

Make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Carrier Delays

Once your order is with the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), we can’t control unexpected delays due to:

• Weather

• Holidays

• High-volume shipping seasons

• Carrier issues

We’ll always do our best to help track your package, but we can’t offer refunds for delays outside our control.
